Federal Question of Law? Whether new rules or legislation should be created concerning government agencies such as the FBI, DOJ, or OCR’s handling of criminal complaints and evidence; such as requiring that each organization give a full and detailed account or explanation to the victim for closing out any complaints alleging serious federal offenses that will not be investigated or have evidence reviewed or examined. When dismissing or closing out a case each agency should be required to give a full response explaining why they won’t investigate the case or examine evidence and if evidence is examined, how did the evidence fail to meet the organization’s standards for prosecution. Each organization should be required to ask or help the victim transfer any evidence such as long videos, documents, photos, or files, that may be too large to upload, especially if cyber attacks are present within a case, due to computer fraud and abuse.
